Send the completed BSA Adult Application, Criminal Background Check form and Merit Badge Counselor Information form to your District Advancement Team. The District Advancement Team will approve the Merit Badge Counselor Information form and submit the packet (BSA Adult Application, Criminal Background Check Form and Merit Badge Counselor Information form) to the Council Service Center for processing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your District Advancement Chair or a member of the District Advancement Team. Note: If the BSA Adult Application, Criminal Background Check form and Merit Badge Counselor Information form are submitted directly to the Council Service Center, they will be rerouted to the District Advancement Teams for approval prior to processing. |
