Below is detailed information on the implementation of the Council Program Fee for 2021. The Program Fee Assessment Guidelines are for Unit Leaders and cover how the fees will be calculated and collected. The FAQ document covers why the fee is a necessary step for the Council and what the fees will cover. 

Please note that there will be a waiver system for families who need help. The program fee is absolutely crucial to making our Council financially stable for the future, but Scouts will not be turned away because of financial difficulty.
